Questions about Perfumeshelf? Email us and we'll get back to you.
Before You Write to Us
We read every message that reaches our inbox, and a little detail up front helps us give you a more useful reply. If you are asking about a particular fragrance, tell us its full name, the house that makes it and the concentration you tried, since an eau de toilette and an eau de parfum of the same name can smell noticeably different. Our guide to eau de parfum vs eau de toilette explains why that matters.
What we are happy to help with
- Scent questions: if you are trying to describe a perfume you once loved but cannot name, share whatever you remember. That might be a note, a mood, the season you wore it or roughly when you bought it.
- Corrections: fragrances are reformulated and notes lists change. If something on the site looks outdated or inaccurate, let us know and we will look into it.
- Suggestions: tell us about perfumes, fragrance families or topics you would like us to cover in future guides.
- General feedback: what works, what is confusing, and what you would like to see more of.
What we cannot do
Perfumeshelf is an independent reading site. We do not sell perfume, process orders, handle returns or speak on behalf of any fragrance brand or retailer. For questions about a purchase, batch codes or skin reactions, please contact the shop or manufacturer directly. If you have a reaction to a fragrance, a pharmacist or doctor is the right person to ask.
If you are new to fragrance and not sure where to begin, our beginner's guide to fragrance families is a good first stop. It may answer your question before you even need to write.
